Scammers may message or reply to your comment saying that you have won and to 'claim your prize' by clicking on an external link. The link typically goes to a fake website 'confirming' the win, where the ‘winners’ must provide their personal and financial details first in order to 'claim their prize', which is then used to steal your money or identity. If you receive one of these messages or comments, DO NOT click the link - report it, and notify our team immediately. We will ALWAYS announce the winners in the caption of the competition post (only ever during the dates outlined in the T&Cs above) and provide instructions for winners to contact our team to claim their prize (usually via hello@solidteknics.com). We will NEVER tell you to click an external link and provide personal or financial/credit card details to claim your prize. If you are unsure, please message us directly through our legitimate social media accounts (@solidteknics on Instagram and Facebook) or via email (info@solidteknics.com) to get clarification from our team.
