AUS-ION is worked into shape from a single sheet of clean, Australian iron. This makes it around half the weight of cast iron, and even more durable as it can never crack. This is the new generation of iron cookware - lighter, tougher and more conductive!
No way! Our pans are 100% free from synthetic coatings like PFAS, the “forever chemicals” found in most non-stick cookware.
Our long skillet handles are designed to dissipate heat through the vented neck gaps, making them fine to handle during normal stovetop cooking. However, the handle will get hot if you put your pan in the oven! Get in the habit of throwing an oven-mitt or tea towel over the handle if you've just removed your pan from the oven.

nöni™ is crafted from ferritic, non-nickel stainless steel, and available in 3 mm or Lightning (2 mm) thicknesses.
